Soup&Tie was created to bring together new and seasoned traders to trade smarter every day. Our goal is to inspire a community, our culture, and families to grow generational wealth through investing. Our Beliefs What I’ve learned from life’s experiences is that it is never too late to change your outcome! I believe when you know better, you do better. I created Soup & Ties financial blog with no personal monetary benefits for myself. I created this vehicle to help others learn more about building generational wealth. I grew up in a household with parents that never discussed finances, bills, investing, or income. I was well into my adult years with a family of my own before I realized although I had a college education, I was still financially illiterate. I bought my first home and knew nothing about the mortgage terms, loan process, or home buying steps other than write a check for this and sign/initial here. I’ve worked various jobs and knew when I went through new employee orientation I should check a box to put something away for retirement but, knew very little about investment terms and allocations. This doesn’t have to be you! I believe the blog can serve as a vehicle to help drive people like you and I to become more financially literate and grow wealth no matter what stage of life you are at. Our contributors, writers, and special guest have all been selected with this common goal, “Growing generational wealth has nothing to do with what you inherited but, what you do with your most valuable asset now. Time!” If you are willing to invest your time in being a part of our movement, I pledge that will be the only cost I ever request of you to be a part of Soup & Ties financial blog!
